eugene51 So different from his work with Node, Parallel Worlds & solo EM, but every bit as exciting! Favorite track: She Moved Through The Air.

Liam Boyle I regard this as one of Dave's best albums. If you are looking for edgy Folk/Cult Horror music, look no further as Dave has produced something very unique and ultimately satisfying with this album. This would work perfectly as Filmscore. Favorite track: The Chase.

about

This album is the soundtrack originally put together for an art exhibition on the theme of 'Folk Horror'. If you like horror film soundtracks such as Midsommar, Shining and The Witch then this one is for you. Unlike my other mainly electronic releases this is mostly acoustic with just one electronic track. On it I play, classical guitar, dulcimer, harmonium, assorted frame drums and percussion, violin, autoharp and synthesizer. Alongside this there is quite a bit of orchestration which is realised with a mix of orchestral samples and live playing. I guess the final result is a bit more 'horror' than folk although there is an arrangement of one traditional folk tune. I take no responsibility for what it might conjure up if you play it late at night in an old remote farmhouse on your own!

Some images from the art exhibition are included in a word document plus a link to a secret 3D world...

All files are high quality 24 bit audio.
